Apple and Blue Cheese Salad
serves 4
Ingredients
- 2 T lemon juice
- 2 t sugar
- 2 t Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 t olive oil
- salt & pepper
- 6 C Bib lettuce, torn (about 2 heads)
- 1 C Granny Smith apple, chopped
- 2 T blue cheese, crumbled
- 2 T green onions, chopped
- 1 T walnuts, toasted and chopped
Instructions
- Whisk first five ingredients in a large bowl.
- Add the remaining ingredients and toss.
- Serve chilled.
